Dear Members,

As you will be aware, we have not been able to get Special Education Perspectives 18(2) to you by the end of 2009. We apologise for this - there were a combination of circumstances beyond our control. You will now be receiving 18(2) in the same mailout as 19(1), the first edition for 2010 which will be dispatched mid year.
